Our Swing Door Systems offer the right drive for any type of swing door application. Operating almost unnoticeably, our swing door drives are easy to service, and meet all building code requirements. Automatic detection of obstacles, safe manual operation in the event of a power loss, and the capability of fitting the door with a panic breakaway device for emergency egress are only a few of the many safety characteristics of our swing door systems. Installation is possible on the overhead lintel, concealed overhead or even concealed in the floor, taking minimum time to fit, either when installing new doors or retrofitting existing ones. They are available for standard single, double and specialty doors.

The new iMotion® 1301 Swing Door Operator is designed for a wide variety of market specific applications. The iMotion® 1301 fully programmable dual purpose operator with its heavy duty mechanics is available in a lintel mounted CU Series 200 side load design and can be configured as a high energy swing door operator complete with safeties or as a low energy ADA swing door operator.
TDA Series 100 Overhead Concealed (OHC) Swing Door Systems are designed specifically for new construction with a wide variety of market specific applications. The OHC swing door system is available with and without doors and frames. Models are available to automate single, pairs and dual door applications with and without breakaway. The system features a Series TDA swing door operator, a non-handed power open spring close operator that incorporates a 1/5 HP AC Synchronous motor and the intelligent TCP control processor. The system can be configured either as a high energy swing door operator complete with safeties or as a low energy ADA swing door operator.
The new iMotion® TN110 In-Floor Swing Door Operator is designed for rigorous conditions of commercial use for doors weighing up to 1000 pounds. With a fully concealed, in-floor electro-mechanical operator, the drive offers invisible power that is dependable and adaptable. The iMotion® TN 110 In-Floor fully programmable dual purpose operator can be configured as a high energy swing door operator complete with safeties or as a low energy ADA swing door operator.
The TTX II Swing Door Operator is designed as a low cost solution for market conformance with ADA (American with Disabilities).The TTX II swing door operator is both an automatic and manual swing door operating system. It is adaptable to virtually any existing swing door and thereby provides barrier free access to assist the physically challenged.
